Terms and Conditions

We appreciate you taking the time to read through our Terms & Conditions to make sure all preparations are in place for your booking.

We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety ED's Detailing will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a road considered heavily busy or dangerous. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.

Our maintenance plan requires a minimum commitment of a monthly clean, with booking dates secured at least 2 months in advance. To stay on the package customers can only skip one monthly clean for example if going away on holiday (for which we will waive our cancellation fee), where after any further missed clean will incur a cancellation fee and you will be required to book and pay for a Vintage clean in order to retain/restart their maintenance package. 

For detailing services, we require a £100 deposit on booking, which will be deducted from the final fee. Payments must be made on the same day on which the work is completed. If the job must be cancelled due to no access, isn’t safe to work or you have cancelled on the same day as the job you will be required to make a full payment. Furthermore, if the job is cancelled in less than 24 hours before work is to commence, 50% payment will be required as a fee of cancellation.

If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.

For detailing services we indicate an approximate percentage of scratch and mark removal, however these are indicate as certain deep scratches that cannot be removed by machine polishing would still be visible.  

Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email given which you will of supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.

Being provided with a safe working environment is a must and if we are travelling to you we will require water access (outside tap) and power socket so that we can carry out our work.
